Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a Lisstify account or using the Lisstify Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Lisstify.

These terms apply to all users of Lisstify, including free and paid subscribers. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of Lisstify after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of service

Lisstify is a productivity tool that allows users to save product listing templates and automatically fill forms on e-commerce marketplace platforms. The service consists of:

• A web dashboard (listify.in) for managing your account and templates

• A Chrome browser extension that fills forms on marketplace websites

• An API that syncs your templates across devices

Lisstify is designed for use on platforms such as Meesho, Flipkart, and Amazon India. We do not guarantee compatibility with all form types or all versions of these platforms.

3. Account registration

To use Lisstify you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful registration information

• Keeping your password secure and confidential

• All activity that occurs under your account

• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

You may not share your account credentials with others. Each subscription is for a single user unless you are on the Enterprise plan with explicit multi-seat authorization.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Lisstify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use Lisstify to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent product listings

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the extension or API

• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Lisstify service beyond normal use

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Lisstify without written permission

• Use Lisstify in any way that violates the terms of service of marketplace platforms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscription and payment

Lisstify offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• We maintain a strict no-refund policy. Refunds are only possible if a verified technical issue on our platform prevents you from using the service you paid for

• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice

Failure to pay may result in downgrade to the free plan or account suspension.

6. Free plan limitations

The free plan allows you to save up to 5 templates and use all core autofill features. Free plan users:

• May not exceed the template limit without upgrading

• May not access features marked as Pro or Enterprise

• May have lower priority for customer support responses

We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual property

Lisstify and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and content are the property of Lisstify and its licensors. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service.

Your saved templates and product data remain your property. By storing data in Lisstify, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and sync that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Lisstify interface or codebase without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of Lisstify is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully — it explains what data we collect and how we use it.

9. Disclaimers

Lisstify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free

• The extension will work on every version of every marketplace platform

• Any particular feature will be available at any given time

We are not responsible for any actions taken on marketplace platforms as a result of using Lisstify-filled forms. You are responsible for the accuracy and compliance of the listings you submit.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lisstify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Lisstify in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, without prior notice in serious cases.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will end immediately

• Your saved data will be deleted within 30 days

• Any outstanding subscription balance will not be refunded, except where required by law

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Lisstify shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
