1. Information we collect

When you create a Lisstify account, we collect your name and email address. When you use the Lisstify Chrome extension, we collect the form templates you save — including product details such as category, brand, HSN codes, and other data you choose to store. We do not collect passwords, payment card numbers, or any sensitive financial information beyond what is needed to process subscription payments through our payment processor.

We also collect standard usage data such as which features you use, error logs, and performance metrics. This helps us improve the product.

2. How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Lisstify service. Specifically:

• To operate your account and authenticate you securely

• To store and sync your form templates across devices

• To send you important service notifications (account changes, security alerts)

• To improve the product based on usage patterns

• To process subscription payments (handled by our payment processor, subject to our strict no-refund policy except in cases of verified technical issues)

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive stored data. Your form templates and account details are stored in your account only and are not accessible to other users.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• With payment processors (such as Razorpay) to handle subscription billing — they receive only what is required for payment processing

• With cloud infrastructure providers (servers) that host Lisstify — they cannot access your data content

• If required by law or to protect our legal rights

We do not share your data with marketplace platforms (Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon) or any third-party advertisers.

5. The Chrome extension

The Lisstify Chrome extension operates locally in your browser. It reads form fields on webpages you visit only when you actively click the fill button. It does not run in the background, does not monitor your browsing, and does not send page content to our servers. Only the templates you explicitly save are synced with your Lisstify account.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Correct inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your account and associated data

• Export your saved templates at any time from the dashboard

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.

8. Children

Lisstify is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of Lisstify after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
